RESERVATIONS:
Reservation applications are accepted by phone, fax, mail or in person at the Marina office. All applications are handled on a first come-first served basis. Reservations require a payment of $50 by credit card, cash or check. Upon check-in $35 of the reservation fee will be applied towards your stay. There is a $60 cleaning deposit for daily rentals, $125 for weekly rentals. Seven (7) days prior to stay, one night's stay will be charged to your credit card. Remainder of the bill will be charged upon check-in.At the discretion of the Office, the cleaning deposit will be refunded if the cabin is left in good condition. Deposit is forfeited for excessive cleaning at the discretion of the Office.Cabin renters shall be responsible for full payment of any damages incurred during length of stay.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
If stay is cancelled, the $50 reservation fee will be forfeited. If stay is cancelled within 7 days of reserved date, one night's stay will be charged and $50 reservation fee will be forfeited.CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
*Check-in time is 3:00-5:00 PM*Check-out time is 11:00 am*Early arrival and late departure fee is $20.*Guests MUST register at office before entering cabins.*If Guest is unable to make 5:00 PM check-in time, please call the Office before 5:00 pm.RULES & REGULATIONS:
*No smoking inside the cabins.*Must be 21 years of age to rent cabins.*Pets are allowed at an additional $10 a night, or a $60 weekly fee.  | ||||
